The beef roll is reason enough for this place to thrive. It's a pastry-like Chinese pancake rolled with sliced beef, sweet bean sauce, and a healthy dose of cilantro. Some great sweet and savory, as well as crisp and chewy, action going on here. And it's huge which means you leave satisfied. Though certainly not a light dish by any means, it is surprisingly not very greasy. The dumplings here are juicy and delicious but it is the minced beef noodles that have made this noodle shop such a success.
