A lot of the stuff here is sourced from farmers’ markets - a distinction you won’t find in many eateries of this kind. As a result, there’s an organic, fresher taste in many of the ingredients. An extra bit of bite here, a wonderful crunchiness there, a delicious tenderness in a third thing. The food portions are as generous as you’ll get from eateries offering lesser quality stuff, but the prices are similar. The venue won’t tout that it’s a high class venue marketing itself as a low Pho shop. It’s unpretentious and small, but well worth the trip.
