An ever changing menu and a choice of some forty wines means you could come here quite a few times before not being surprised with what you get. One evening, you may want to try the duck confit with apple, pecans, dates, and arugula. The next, it’s off the menu and you get to sample the catfish or the crispy rabbit legs or the balsamic pork ribs, all of them as equally delicious and enhanced with seasonings, fruit, veg and sides like the original duck confit, only just as unique. Root beer, iced tea, ale and coffee are all available if you don’t like wine. Animal is a great place to try on a date especially if you're looking to try an adventurous menu. However, given the popularity, you'll likely want to make a reservation well in advance.
