Pho Ga (with chicken) is the seminal, landmark, life changing dish at this venue, something of a signature. Excellent stuff. But try the Po Tom (shrimp) and you won’t go home unhappy. A Vietnamese restaurant’s rep is not built on noodles alone. There are chippy frites, French fries here that include tofu and sweet potato and shrimp. They also have a great spring roll appetizer. Some of their menu items are fancy fare, while others are staple standards. At the high end, try the crepes if you’re not in the mood for noodle broth. Great service. Jazzy music typical of Franco US tinged Viet culture, and the venue itself is authentically furnished.
