Privy 5 Overview

Share |

Though often neglected for its neighbors Curry House and Orochon, Chin Ma Ya is a restaurant that shouldn't be missed. From their gyozas to their 'soboro bowl,' everything you order at Chin Ma Ya is good. But, a trip to Chin Ma Ya would not be complete without their combo tan tan men and karaage. The tan tan men broth differs from any ramen or soup broth that is generally found at ramen shops. The broth is thick and has an almost nutty taste and blends perfectly with the spinach and meat they add to the ramen. Overall, a fantastic place for Japanese food and a great alternative to the crowded ramen places in Little Tokyo.
