In spite of its name, this venue hasn’t cornered the market, but if it did become the Korean noodle version of Microsoft, then living in that world would be a painless and delicious experience when it came to dining out. Also known for its barbecue, the cold noodles here are the best you’re likely to find. Anywhere. The noodles are a stand alone phenom. However, for a protein kick, you may order one order of meat (pork or beef, say) and a portion of cold noodles each among three or four people and go home a happy camper. If you’re into buckwheat, there are buckwheat noodles too. The flavors found in the meats here are terrific. Hence its well deserved rep for barbecue.
