The coffee here follows the old Henry Ford adage that you can have any color Model T that you want, as long as it’s black. What they do here they do amazingly well, so the choices available are stark: Caffeinated or decaf, dark roast or light. The coffee beans are freshly roasted daily on site, and the taste is rich, full-bodied, and not a trace of bitter. People rave about the most amazing aroma of coffee emanating from this venue. If you don’t do anything else in LA, just come here, stand before the counter, and close your eyes and soak in the intoxicating scent of coffee beans. The coffee is so good here that it has people labeling it the best coffee in all of Los Angeles.
