Privy 5 Overview

"Ham Ji Park is the premier expert in pork. Meat eaters take note: It is highly likely that the chefs could cook any class of pork dish to perfection which is good when you've had too much beef and want to try something different. Not only is pork a nice change of pace but you'll find with the spices they use, these pork dishes are absolutely incredible. The pork neck bone soup is probably one of the best soups you could try anywhere. It’s spicy, but even if that’s a turnoff for you, it has to be tried to be appreciated, and you’ll learn that spicy isn’t always bad especially when the pork meat literally falls right off the bone. Their ""world famous"" spicy pork ribs, meanwhile, will become central to your continued existence on this planet if you sample them once. Also, you can't visit Ham Ji Park and not have their renowned Gam Ja Tang with potatoes that will change the way you think about potatoes in a beautifully flavored way that even comes with free refills for your broth. If you're a skeptic and favor beef above all, you'll need to try Ham Ji Park and find that the pork is simply out of this world. You'll also want to come early as parking in the area is going to be tricky. Still worth it for pork dishes that cannot be missed. "
