Inaka Natural Foods Restaurant is a truly organic restaurant in Mid-city LA that features high quality and delicious food. To many health enthusiasts, this is often one of their favorite macrobiotic restaurant in LA. In keeping with the theme of wellness, there is a Zen-like atmosphere when you walk in, as the minimalism in the decor is abundant. What's more is the walls are bare, there are simple seats and tables, and even soft lighting and ambient music. Despite it's location in one of the busier parts of town, this restaurant is an oasis of tranquility. Some favorites on the menu are the chilean sea bass that you can pair with your choice of veggies including the ever popular lotus root. Or you can try the inaka bowl which is a standard macrobiotic dish but done perfectly. For drinks, try the "ume sho," a healthy and cleansing natural energy drink. Plus, unlike other organic restaurants, the portions at Inaka are more than enough. You truly cannot go wrong here.
