The patisserie can make basically any kind of cake from basic sponge cakes, luscious cheesecakes, playful cupcakes, yummy over-sized cookies, tortes, to basic and fancy bread, devilishly delicious pies, and ones as complex as multi-tiered fondant wedding cakes. The Zucottos, a dome sponge cake that is soaked in rum syrup and coffee ad filled with whipped cream and chocolate mousse, is simply to die for.
