Le Saigon is a rarity in that it is a restaurant that serves quality authentic Vietnamese food in the heart West Los Angeles. The comfortable dining room is adorned with large windows that look out to the boulevard all within a dark black and green zen like decor. As for the menu, the spring roll combination consists of tightly rolled rolls that have a great crunch and crisp to it when you bit into them. The chicken and shrimp pho is made with a great broth that doesn't taste like MSG like other lesser establishments would serve. The lemongrass chicken with tomato rice is fantastic. For a comfortable Vietnamese dining experience with amazing food, Le Saigon can't be missed.
