"The broth here is terrific. The white broth is not hot but well seasoned, while the spicy broth is just what it’s supposed to be. There is a great range of fresh meats and vegetables from which to choose, but the broth is central to eating here, if only because it’s so good. You’re reminded you’re eating Mongolian hot pot (in case you’ve forgotten) with some wonderful photography of the region on the walls. The staff are extremely helpful. If it’s your first time at a hot pot venue, they’ll talk you through things and give you a little extra TLC."
