This Peruvian hole-in-the-wall restaurant is as good as advertised. In fact, some have even labeled Mario's the best Peruvian restaurant in Los Angeles. The thing that has so many people buzzing about this place is their famous Lomo Saltado - a combination of Steak, Fries, Onions, and Tomatoes Everything from the smell of this dish to the first bite is remarkable. The flavors are unique and the dish has to be experienced at least once. Another star dish is their Arroz Chaufa De Pollo - perfectly made fried rice and delicious in every bite. Peruvian Aji Sauce is provided in case you want to lather your plate with the spicy sauce. Even the ceviche here is done extremely well.
