"Fresh food by any standards (not least a noodle house), the ingredients and care taken with each dish is great. If you take one item to sample in terms of freshness, try the clams. You won’t be disappointed by the taste either. A seafood pancake to talk about with the grandchildren is also among the menu items. Seafood soup comes in a large cooking pot, with little nuggets of deliciousness. Vegetarians may want to plump for the dumplings on offer, which are great. The waiting staff look like they’re run off their feet at peak times, but once you have their attention, which is easy to capture, they go above and beyond in terms of service."
