"Functional with a touch of formality while retaining a leisurely atmosphere – you could enjoy a gathering of friends or a business meal here. The chicken dishes are many and plentiful. Chicken skins and chicken gizzards are both great (they sound tastier in Japanese, and are well worth the trouble of trying if your tastes are more attuned to Western dishes. There is a sweet brown sauce on certain foods (chicken meatballs, for example) that is refined while being tasty. Define your cooking method (eg salt or soy). Scallops cooked in the shell are available here too if you’re into your shellfish. The piman (chili peppers) are great too."
