Privy 5 Overview

Share |

Pork chop rice is filling and delicious. Comes with pickled cabbage and carrots, as well as many other delightful ingredients. Certain dishes feature egg cooked in soy, and they’re great. Shredded chicken rice is great too. You will find that they serve some of the best tofu around. Peanut noodles are well worth sampling. Service is great, although the place is a popular spot and it can be busy. The venue itself is sort of ghetto fabulous in terms of décor, with primarily bar seating. It’s been around for more than a couple of generations, so they know their stuff here. The desserts are tasty too – shaved ice sweets are epic and a rare find in LA when done this well and so cheaply. Check out the milk tapioca too.
