Teeming with a rich history, the restaurant and the waiters can tell you some stories about the tradition that is PDC. However, people wouldn't keep coming back to the restaurant unless there was something special and that is not only in the tradition but also in the delicious food. The steak and lobster may be the best in the city and it is presented as beautifully as it tastes. Other dishes that cannot be missed are the crab hash and the creamed corn which will have you becoming a fan of creamed corn forever. They also feature a grand wine list from their classic wine cellar downstairs which complements your meal perfectly.
