"Unbelievable is an adjective commonly used to describe how good the food is at Phillips. On the top of most people's lists for favorite BBQ joints, you can get an assorted combination of two meat and three meat dishes here and two sides and bread. All the BBQ favorites from a range of pork, beef, ribs (both pork and beef) and other great meats including chicken are available. Sides include coleslaw, amazing BBQ beans, and potato salad. The sauces here are good and range from mild to hot and add a distinctive and crave-able quality to the meat. This place gets incredibly busy, so be prepared to wait or, if you can’t wait, to take the food to go. Either way, once you've tasted the food, it’s well worth the trouble. Pretty much everything on the menu is can't-miss including the beef links and smoked meats. If you're not too full from the meat, you'll want to try what people label the best peach cobbler in town. It may be a semi-adventure to find this place but you can't miss the giant sign next to the wooden shack that smells of fresh and sweet BBQ. "
