Pomodoro Trattoria is a gem of a restaurant located on Westwood Blvd near the campus of UCLA. From the outside it is unassuming save for the big tomato sign above the restaurant. But, once inside, you're transported to a little slice of Italian dining complete with the warmth and abundance of good food you'd expect from a trattoria. Dinner starts with a still steaming and soft ciabatta bread from the oven. The gnocchi caprino is probably the lightest and fluffiest gnocchi in all of LA and the dessert of tiramisu is a can't miss dish. Overall, this mom-and-pop Italian restaurant delivers!
