Roy’s Restaurant by chef Roy Yamaguchi brings the Hawaiian spirit to Los Angeles. At Roy's in Downtown LA, Chef Garrett Mukogawa fuses European techniques and Asian cuisine to create an unforgettable dining experience for all their guests. Crowd pleasers in Roy’s Los Angeles menu are Black Tiger Shrimps that are oven roasted with tomatoes which is made of Dungeness Crab, Thai Basil and Tomato Gazpacho Sauce; the Li Hing Mui or Grilled Steak which is actually barbecue cooked Korean Style; Roy’s Original Hawaiian Blackened Island Ahi which is spiced up with a soy sauce made of mustard butter; Mahi Mahi crusted in macadamia nuts which is lobster in butter sauce. Other specialties at Roy’s include Filet Mignon crusted in Alae salt, juicy Rib Eye grilled in open fire, Pork Tenderloin, and delectable Colorado Loin of Lamb roasted in the oven.
