"A range of meats for the po include seafood, chicken, beef, and a meat combo. Vegetables that can be added to the broth (onion and sprouts) are separate entities until you decide what to do with them. If you don’t want a veg heavy broth, you don’t have to have it. Nice that you can dictate such things, when often the choice wouldn’t even enter your head. Also on offer at the eatery, you’ll find banh mi sandwiches and some delicious spring rolls (the tofu’s hot – meaning cooked properly!). The broth for the pho is tasty beyond measure, among the best you’ll find at any similar class venue. It’s a Pho restaurant owned by Vietnamese, staffed by Vietnamese, so you can expect things to be pretty authentic, despite the quirky name. And the service is great."
