A brunch or lunch meeting on the patio or indoors is a great way to conduct business here as the Polo Lounge is the spot to see many of the power players in Beverly Hills. The atmosphere is the better side of kitsch and offers the total LA experience of dining on their patio. Taking advantage of the outdoor seating is one of the perks of the Polo Lounge. The décor is retro and is an homage to Old Hollywood, and the food is as fine as the dining environment. Pan-seared foie gras with poached white peach is great but is seasonal so you'll have to ask for it. Scrambled eggs with caviar, smoked salmon and a creamy dill sauce is amazing. Check out their tuna tartare too: with the mango and seaweed salad, and an avocado puree that only gets better when you appreciate that there are accompanying wafers to scoop it up.
