With a number of outlets, this Cuban restaurant chain is named after the Treaty of Versailles that pre-empted a period of Cuban prosperity. For the history buffs among you, it’s not the post-WW I Treaty, but a mid eighteenth century one of the same name. With an informal atmosphere, you can enjoy some pretty authentic cuisine. Beef tongue, roast pork, halibut in garlic sauce and a signature roast chicken dish can be found on the menu. A wide variety of traditional Cuban favorites including the obligatory plantains.
