Few places make porridge better than Yung Ho. It gets busy, so try to avoid peak times if you don’t want to wait. But the popularity of this fancy venue only means good things. They don’t seal both ends of their dumplings, which keeps things cool enough not to burn your mouth from the juices and filling. Unusual and a nice, thoughtful touch. A lot of pork on the menu, including intestine and ear, both of which are far more appetizing than they sound if you want to sample them. The green onion pancake is a delicious pizza like dish served sliced but with the texture of an omelet.
