| 1. | You got your start at such a young age, did you always know you wanted to be an entertainer? | |
Yes, I was always a ham! Even at 3 years old I have photos posing. My sister always supported me, she had me modeling Campbell’s soup for her at 7 (laughs). I was always trying to make people laugh and wanted all the attention in the room. My childhood was a blast, I have the best sister in the world, who always encouraged me. I loved to dance, sing, play piano, tap, ballet, chase ice cream trucks, ride bikes, play baseball and beat up boys. I was a bossy, funny, crazy kid. If I didn't go into entertainment I would have probably been a lawyer. I still have yet to lose an argument (laughs). No one is one dimensional, I could still go to law school after I finish MBA (laughs).

| 2. | We understand you started your own website at age 15 to connect to fans, that’s impressive! How did you do that and how has that and social media in general influenced your life? | |
Yes, I started modeling at a young age. My first job was an ad campaign for a clothing company - I did print modeling and trade shows all over the world, which eventually led me into commercials and eventually acting and hosting. When I was 15 my girlfriend encouraged me to build a website to get more exposure and procure more assignments. I found an amazing website designer who did it for $40 (laughs) and that was the beginning of the fun world of the Internet. I built a small following and I still have fans who have been with me since then, cheering my on when I booked movie and TV roles. I still have fans write me and tell me what a long way I've come. It's funny how the Internet and social media has given me opportunities to interact with fans. The best part is so many talented entertainers never get an opportunity to showcase their work, but now they don't have to wait to get their foot in the door. Social media, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, blogs give an incredible platform to anyone who truly wants to pursue their craft while breaking down the barriers of traditional mainstream entertainment. I'm blown away by social media. I do have to credit my website for have given me the opportunity to travel the world, work with amazing people, and make a business from what I loved to do.

| 3. | With all the things you do, how do you keep it all from being overwhelming? | |
Currently I am finishing up my MBA. I am also mainly focusing on Right to Succeed Foundation and Hosting. Life has always been overwhelming, but God has centered me. In all things I do I consult him and if its not worth doing I just don't do it. For the most part, I have had to cut some projects out to stay focused. There are so many distractions in the world, but I seek the incredible peace by praying. I get recharged and things stabilize. Life is too short to do things I don't enjoy and I don't want to live a life vicariously through someone else! So I have to try everything at least once. I've accomplished all the goals I set out for myself when I was young and it's always fun to try new things. I believe everyone should do what they are made to do, chase the dreams that God has instilled in their heart, and ask him to guide your every step. Life is a beautiful adventure, if it's boring or too stressful you're doing something wrong! Do not live life in regret, Don’t postpone joy, and calculate how many days you have left on Earth, it’s flying by so don’t waste any time! Enjoy it.

| 4. | You’re a Jill of all Trades and have done some much already in your career, are there any goals you still aspire to achieve? | |
I resent that. I'm a “Jill of all trades”, master of some (laughs). I just get bored easily, I can't sit still and do routine things. 9-5 is not my forte. As for entertainment, I will continue to act and produce films and I also want to host my own show. I want to help people, I want to fight for injustice, love the marginalized, save hurt women, and restore the homeless. I also have a heart for orphans. My long term goals are to open schools and orphanages in Asia. While running Right to Succeed, I am being equipped to do a lot of the things I've wanted to do, including building the relationships and alliances with influential leaders who can actually make the changes. I am also in a place of full surrender with no agenda. I just want to live a fulfilling life doing what I love and sharing my joy with the rest of the world. I want to restore what the idea of love, success, and what life is about. Everyone has such distorted ideas of what things should be, but they end up hurting the ones they love, stepping on people to get ahead, and work so hard that they end up getting sick. It's just not what life is about. Men and Women need love and need acceptance, everyone is constantly chasing an idea of what they think they want by doing what someone else is telling them to do or to make someone else happy. The foolish need to seek the the approval of men makes life a rat race. It’s unfortunate. I think it took me years to learn how to love with no bounds and enjoy every waking moment of this God given life. I must live a life worthy of the calling I have received for whoever has been given much, much shall be required. I am happy to share I've never been happier in my life through God, good friends, great family, lots of prayer, lots of inner healing and I am completely whole. So took a lot of heartache to get there but sometimes us humans just have to learn the hard way.

| 5. | We understand you’re an active spokesperson for education reform, can you tell us about the “Right to Succeed” foundation? | |
I'm the co-founder and currently the executive director of Right to Succeed. With my background in entertainment and media and his background in education, we realized the value of building the relationships and bridging the gap to raise awareness I launched it with chairman and co-founder Ted Fujimoto. His background is in education for the last 20 years. He owned a tech company and he couldn't find a good work force in Napa, so he went to the school board and they literally threw it back on his lap and said "You figure out what you want to see." He decided to implement group based learning, similar to his normal work teams in his company and then he launched it in high schools. The success was phenomenal, increased test scores and graduation rate with engaged students. They scaled across the nation and there are currently over 70 of his models which is known as the New Tech Network. Even in Los Angeles at one of the worst schools "Jefferson High School” has implemented this format and now one of the top 2 performing schools in Los Angeles. He also is co-founder of the Charter School of Association of California and has helped and scaled and supported the growth over over 700 school nationwide. Right to Succeed has impacted the growth and transformation of 300 schools since July 2010 when we launched. The main mission of R2S is to raise awareness that all children have the right to school despite the failing school system and socio-economic circumstances by dropping the drop out rate. We want to have community leaders tour top performing schools and in turn demand great schools in every neighborhood across the nation. If people don't know what they are fighting for, they will never achieve their goals. Also Drop 50 is another initiative is for people to commit to dropping the drop out rate by 50% as some may or may not know the drop out rate is over 50% across the nation. The LA Mayor Villaraigosa and City Attorney of LA Trutanich have already taken the pledge. The statistics are pretty staggering. It's devastating, given the fact in 10 years 75% of adults will be living in poverty and not able to sustain themselves will require the the rest to carry them. All businesses and communities are effected. Also other social issues including healthcare, homelessness, human trafficking incarceration, orphans, whatever cause you care for is a direct correlation of a lack of education. The reason people are homeless is they don't have the skills or education to get jobs, or lack for health care - same reason, orphans, gang, incarceration- same reason.

| 6. | What can people do to help the cause? | |
People can go to the website and donate directly to the cause, raise awareness on Facebook, Twitter, media, etc - celebrities and bloggers can do YouTube videos to promote the cause. There really is no limit on how to contribute we need as much help as possible. In the next few months we are anticipating some new team members to join us. Some including Cheryl Dubois, one of the founders of Sundance Film Festival- Pat Melfi and Skyler Jett music moguls who are running the music can save lives education programs implemented with our models, Many celebrities including our own Lisa Ling who has become a serious advocate for education reform. We are also doing a black tie, red carpet “Be a Hero Gala” in Las Vegas June 11, 2011 - We are partnering with the hotel/casino moguls and celebrities all in the name of education. We are looking for companies to sponsor tables as well, so if anyone is interested please contact me: lina@righttosucceed.org
