Gigino has been flourishing since 1994 and Executive Chef Luigi Celentano intends to keep it this way. He doubled (his acting debut) up as the chef in the feature movie "Dinner Rush" together with Danny Aiello, produced by the restaurant owner. Gigino was almost exclusively used in the shooting of this film. It is rustic, lusty and very Italian with a view of New York Harbor which pans across the Hudson River and takes in Lady Liberty – dine outdoors on the patio in summer. A love of food, money and gambling, all features on the menu, they offer a daily specials board created to order with seasonal fish, vegetables and venison. Bring friends and dine on calamari fritti, spaghetti del padrino and deliciously yeasty home-made bread.
