This is not the first time we have come across PDT in our travels, it is a favorite hot spot. Walk through the door of the antique phone booth in Criff Dogs and you may catch Sean Hoard in action. Sean was one of three bartenders representing the USA in New Zealand for the Cocktail World Cup. He won his entry with a Wellington Fizz; created with vodka, lime juice, passion-fruit purée, and heavy cream as well as some secret ingredients. Getting high on PDT cocktails with hot dog heaven right next door - what more could you ask out of life? Perhaps a dog named after Daniel Humm? You got it - bacon wrapped, deep fried, topped with gruyere, black truffle mayo and celery relish included.
