As soon as you step through their doors, Ai Fiori is completely accommodating. The wait staff are truly knowledgeable and will be able to describe and direct you to the perfect meal. No trip to Ai Fiori is complete without having their lauded Uovo and Lobster Vellutata. The dish is simply fantastic. The Trofie Nero is a combination of the home cooked black squid ink pasta with toasted bread crumbs and scallops and is an explosion of fierce flavor. The lamb entree is equally superb and is not at all gamey but succulent and juicy. The portions are generous and you’ll want to book a meal at Ai Fiori as soon as you can.
