Aquagrill makes for a well favored weekend brunch break however reservations are recommended because space is short. Think of it as brunch and a show, because when the oyster shucker gets busy behind the bar this rollicking hot spot comes to life. Falafel-encrusted salmon is the heavenly creation of chef-owner Jeremy Marshall, and it makes life difficult to contemplate ever eating a naked pink salmon fillet again, seared diver scallops top the list. Grace notes include a well priced and notable wine list, and complementary petit-fours. Here they do not serve a seafood platter, they serve a "seafood plateau" and it cannot be beat.
