Get this, Caesar- salad soup (sublime), shrewdly served scallops on a bed of celeriac purée, made smoky by truffles, clams with coconut and lemongrass, foie gras married with venison, lobster en cocotte, prawn in pasta with brandied shellfish sauce, roasted rib-eye côte de boeuf, pressed suckling pig, Peking-duck broth, pig-cheek confit, miso-glazed cod, and if that isn't enough for dessert there is the passion fruit mango soufflé with sticky rice ice-cream.
