You know how Peking Duck has to be ordered in advance so you get to eat it? Not at Buddakan! Chef Lon Symensma just keeps them coming in this vast restaurant which inspires time honored recipes. He serves 50 Peking Duck daily, and this is no easy feat. You need dedicated duck equipment because each duck has to be blown up first and have all sides exposed to a massive 700 degree heat in special ovens. Michael Nutter - the Philadelphia Mayor was fortunate enough to have Hillary Clinton throw him a shindig at Stephen Starr of Morimoto fames' new spot, Buddakan. It features a two story high "Chinoiserie", banquet table seating, smaller catacomb type dining areas and tea smoked chicken to die for.
