This fine dining establishment recently underwent a few nips and tucks although the changes are so discrete so as to not be immediately apparent. Do however make a reservation, as new chef Gavin Kaysen is being put through his paces by Daniel Boulud's public. Take a detour to foreign kitchens under these masterful influences and dignified constancy. Bluefin tuna, inspired by Brittany, roasted duck breast inspired by Italy and feathery, foam lightened mushroom soup.
