Chikalicious is a dessert bar/ice-cream shop that is perpetually packed, and the prices are as petite as the shop itself. With not much seating, pastry whizz Chika Tillman has designed her desserts to be easily hand-held and recently introduced to the menu - white macarons, fit nicely; one (or two) in each hand. The salted caramel or for the old school; saltwater taffy filled macaron is a favorite. They also come filled with green tea, chocolate ganache and fresh-strawberry cream. Vanilla bean soft serve, parfait, creamy butter-cream cupcakes (another recent introduction) and torched, marshmallow topped, s'mores, should set the scene for you, it does for me. It's no surprise that Chikalicious is a sweet shop that is as cute as a button as well as a "pudding" paradise.
