Another of Midtown’s great steak venues is Del Frisco’s Steakhouse. Staunch supporters claim there is no better steakhouse in the city and once seated in the cavernous dining area it quickly becomes apparent why. The service is attentive but discrete and the fare is all prepared with obvious care and attention to detail; not often encountered in venues this popular. Del Frisco’s Steakhouse is home to their signature bone-in rib eye is cooked to perfection and their NY strip is well worth the trip. Sides worth considering include the skillet potatoes with onion, the macaroni cheese and the dreamy creamy spinach. Desserts include an outstanding lemon cake, and whatever you do, a visit to Del Frisco's Steakhouse isn't complete until you have tasted the crab cakes.
