Boutique Eat Shop is a chic NYC restaurant with eclectic decor and a hip ambiance. Their food isn't too bad either with a number of standout dishes. These include the pork belly with actual bits of watermelon for a refreshing dish. The lamb chops with creamy polenta have great texture. The lobster ravioli comes slightly spicy and you can taste each of the flavors. To round it off, you must try the ... read more >

Aria Wine Bar is a gem of a establishment in New York City. Featured at Aria is a full bar and a pleothera of wines. The barkeeps know their mixology, always something scrawled on the blackboard worth trying. Don't come expecting fine dining, in both the food and decor they go for rustic Italian, the food being very decent "little plates". It's small, loud, young, and definitely a lot of fun.

The decor at The Spotted Pig is equal parts English pub and trendy downtown eatery. For starters, try the amazing gnudi. Next up, you have to get the burgers at The Spotted Pig. Made with savory Roquefort cheese and meat that is both juicy and fluffy and unlike anything you're used to. The burgers are so good that they've been featured in the New Yorker. Add a side of the generous rosemary fries a ... read more >

Matsugen may be Jean-Georges Japanese attempt to correct his haute-Chinese failure, but this is not supposed to be a restaurant, it is supposed to be a noodle/sushi/shabu-shabu bar with a nice selection of sake.
