This decision was taken to thank Buddha, when her mother recovered from a serious illness. It feels as though you are dining inside someone's home as the décor is living-room simple. All meals are freshly prepared and the tofu-lightened pho is deliciously cooked to order. She also makes a mean string bean curry with seitan and an excellent Vietnamese iced coffee.
