Owner David Chang does it again with his Momofuku Ssam Bar in NYC. From start to finish, this iteration of the Momofuku restaurants is fantastic. The modern cocktails including the Sawyer is outstanding and is just one of the many cocktails on a modern menu with influences from NY, LA & NOLA. However, Momofuku Ssam Bar is especially well-known for their man-tou buns stuffed with a thick slice of pork belly that will have you ordering more and more after the first bite.
