Privy 5 Overview

Share |

Ping's Restaurant is one of the few reasons why people love Queens. It is a sanctuary of Cantonese classic cuisine and there are three good reasons why: 1 - the seafood, 2 - the weekend dim sum service and 3 - the banquets.  Fresh seafood specimens swim languidly in tanks which serve two purposes - décor and "fresh fish". Delicate small plates of freshly killed fish, shrimp siu mai, hakau and traditional taro cake feature as well as Hong Kong Styled seafood banquets of gargantuan and elaborate proportions. These ensure Chef/owner Chuen Ping Hui's menu is on everyone's to-do before I die list.
