This Village gem is a must do for any serious steak lover. With a trendy yet relaxed ambiance, Strip House is the perfect setting for a perfect steak. Appetizers to thrill include stunning lobster bisque, crab cakes, some excellent soups and a cold seafood platter which almost spoils the entree – almost! Talking of mains the Strip House bone-in filet and the NY strip is amongst the best in the city. Of course the porterhouse is well worth trying; in fact it is all good. The Strip House sides compliment excellent beef to perfection with the potatoes Romanoff, creamed spinach and goose fat potatoes standing out from the rest. If you are in a large group and have the internal capacity, consider the layered chocolate cake as a dessert of note.
