Vinegar Hill House is a cozy and comfortable restaurant in New York. What separates Vinegar Hill House from other restaurants is that they are able to take simple concepts and execute them extremely well. Both the chicken and the pork are incredible. They cure the pork for two hours before they grill it, which allows for it to be cooked medium, giving off a nice pink like a fillet steak would. The chicken arrives in a cast iron skillet with an amazing sauce. Plus, Vinegar Hill House is one of the ideal spots for brunch in the city. There's no reason not to go to Vinegar Hill House right away.
