If you are looking for a good business lunch, which also features celebrity distractions in the Theatre District, you may find Daniel Boulud's boîte to be fun. Be warned, it is casual, hectic, service can be slow and the rooms are a little small, but the food is worth the wait and this gives you time to talk business. You would be excused for calling the DB Burger a hamburgler, it is a signature dish and is also one of the most expensive items on the menu. This is no humble hamburger it is confected; from prime ground rib, stuffed with foie gras and truffle braised short ribs. Served on a fresh baked parmesan topped bun with fresh mayo, tomato compote, and pommes soufflés on the side, there is no other hamburger on earth quite like it.
