Q: How did you get started in the culinary arts?

Although I began in college health, I'd always had a love for cooking. Following a break from a career at USC with two kids at home, I decided to pursue my lifelong love and enrolled in culinary school. From there I combined my background in health and my obsession for cooking and began a catering and personal chef business with an emphasis on healthy and flavorful cooking.
