Take time to stop and experience the richness of Beverly Hills, the bustle of Rodeo Drive, and the celebrity factor of Hollywood as you drop by the Blvd. As you enter the lobby, illuminated by the grand chandelier, an instant feeling of sophistication and warmth greets you. The dining area exhibits world-class design. The Blvd’s distinct menu come from the Frenchman Executive Chef Gilles Arzur and the Spaniard Perfecto Rocher; both chefs shows wonderful talent on the plate and palate. For starters, the seared Okaido scallops with Spanish ham, fig compote and warm almond gazpacho seafood dish or the seared foie gras with brioche, roasted peach and a reduction of Riesling sauce wil surely get your appetites going. Try the Blvd Bling Burger that has juicy Kobe beef coming out with every bite as it mixes with the flavors of Foie Gras Mousse, sauteed wild mushrooms and fries.
