The first thing that strikes you about the restaurant is the beautiful atmosphere complete with a charming rustic elegance that will blow you away. Not only is Pinot Provence gorgeously furnished, the staff is head and shoulders some of the most attentive and caring people in Orange County. The menu only complements the fantastic setting with an array of dishes that will amaze your palette. The Scallion consommé is an amazing flavor explosion. The Hamachi, quail egg, potato, Japanese citrus crème fraiche might be the best dish of your meal. The mushroom risotto is both appealing on the eyes as it is on the stomach. The crispy pork belly is so delicious that it may reduce you to tears of happiness. Also, not to be missed is the duo of beef (short rib and pine cone smoked cote de beouf) that simply melts in your mouth. The cuisine at Pinot Provence is phenomenal and the experience altogether is spectacular. Truly one you won’t want to miss.
