The Ember Room is an expertly designed restaurant with a decor that is very alluring. The wood interior and lighting creates an inviting and intimate ambiance to the restaurant. The complete menu is stellar along with the complementing cocktails. The Grilled Scallops along with unique Crispy Gingered Oyster, Thai Pastrami Meat Balls, and BBQ Berkshire Pork Belly are spectacular. Chef Todd English is responsible for the brilliance that comes out of the kitchen every night. Additionally, the Chocolate Baby Back Ribs are fall off the bone good. The modern restaurant is one that shouldn’t be missed.
