Basil is a Thai resetaurant located in SOMA that continues to thrive since its inception. The menu features most of the typical Thai dishes and each is done well. ide and soft on the inside. However, favorites include their three noodle dishes, pad thai with prawns, pad see ew with tofu, and pad ke mao with chicken. Yet, the star dish is the pad rad kang which is a vegetable green curry and what many consider to be the best in SF. You'll also want to have their dessert and especially the mango sticky rice.
