Apart from the dramatic scenery with the Golden Gate Bridge in the background, Greens is a vegetarian’s paradise. Executive chef Annie Sommerville, author of successful vegetarian cookbooks, knows the art of making vegan fare taste sumptuous that one forgets that the delectable plates are all made of various greens. The menu at Greens is inspired by flavors from Southwest America, Mexico, Asia and the Mediterranean. Make sure to try the fresh spring rolls, wilted spinach salad, and the happy quail pimientos di pardon for starters. As for the mains, the rosemary crepe, mushroom risotto and the roasted potato and grilled onion pizza are most recommended. Berry flavoured sorbets and Salted chocolate and caramel ice cream profiteroles are best dessert options.
