The dim sum at Hong Kong Lounge is excellent and is possibly the best you’ll find outside of Hong Kong. A sign of the restaurant’s popularity is from the crowds that flock to Hong Kong Lounge on a daily basis. In true Hong Kong fashion, you mark the dim sum that you want from a menu form that is both in Chinese and English. Some highlights on the menu include the shrimp noodle roll huge shrimp and noodle skin at the perfect consistency. The steamed shrimp dumpling, fried shrimp dumpling, and pork siu mai are delicious. Possibly their best dish is the pork buns. For dessert, the fried taro dumplings and cold mango pudding are fantastic. If you’re in the mood for good dim sum, come to Hong Kong Lounge.
