Koi Palace is one of the top dim sum restaurants in San Francisco. Among their specialities is the lava flow buns and their X.O. stir fried buns. If you love steamed beef balls, definitely be sure to order them from Koi's.  These balls are perfectly cooked so that although the beef is compacted into a ball, it's lightly compacted and still fluffy, soft, moist, and tender. Of course, their suckling pig is not a dish to forget to mention.  You’ll be sorry if you don’t have the steamed Shanghai dumplings here. The crown jewel of Koi Palace is the lobster. Order a lobster and have them cook it two ways: lobster e-mein and lobster shui mai.  Though it is pricier than other dim sum options, Koi Palace is more fancy and more innovative and definitely tastier.
