One Market is a Michelin star rated restaurant in San Francisco that shows diners why it received that venerable distinction on a nightly basis. The service is excellent even down to the bartender that actually listens and prepares your drinks to your exact specifications. The wait staff is equally impressive as they are glad to explain the tasting menus, give recommendations, and are genuinely happy to serve your party. But the Michelin rating of One Market has a lot to do with the food. This includes standout starters such as an heirloom tomato consumme and a trout eggs benedict. The consumme tastes absolutely fresh which each ingredient seemingly just picked at its peak. The trout is also wonderful and is worth fawning over. One Market is perfect for any business meeting as the service is impeccable and the food delicious.
